Job Overview:
The Sr. Executive – HR & Admin will support recruitment, employee management, and daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and disciplined workplace. The role requires handling HR documentation, office coordination, and staff support with professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records accurately.
Prepare appointment letters, increment letters, promotion letters, and other HR documents.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee discipline.
Assist in performance evaluation and employee appraisal processes.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Support HR policies documentation and implementation.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
Ensure office discipline and smooth daily operations.
Manage office facilities, supplies, and asset records.
Oversee housekeeping, drivers, security, and overall office support staff.
Handle vendor coordination, quotations, and bill processing.
Maintain administrative documentation and record-keeping.
Support event management, meetings, and official programs.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper asset utilization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin
