Job Overview:

Goldsands Group, a leading real estate developer, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Marketing), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and AI-enhanced content marketing, with a proven track record in real estate marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and content optimization using leading SEO techniques.
  • Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility, ranking, and organic traffic.
  • Develop and implement result’s-driven social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with our graphics and motion design team to create engaging and high-converting content.
  • Write and schedule daily social media posts with creative, impactful, and audience-relevant captions, especially tailored for the real estate market.
  • Execute technical SEO tasks, including backlink building, meta tag optimization, site audits, broken link fixes, and improving overall site health for search engines.
  • Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms to improve content writing, speed up ideation, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Leverage SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for data-driven insights and strategy improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Interaction Design/ Computer Science/Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)/Multimedia Design/Fine Arts or a related design/technology field
Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Competencies We Expect:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or high-value product industries.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Paid Ads.
  • Proven track record in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, keyword strategies, and content structure optimization.
  • Expertise in Google marketing platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in social media insights, Google Ads reporting, and LinkedIn Ads performance tracking.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling captions, ad copies, and campaign content.
  • Experience working with graphic and motion designers to develop engaging content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc., to enhance content strategy and organic reach.
