Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven professionals to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, proven sales strategies, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team across multiple branches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Ensure alignment of sales objectives with company vision and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales leadership roles.
